Springtime Confetti Fudge Cups

Mini personal-sized fudge cups with bright colors and flavors

Ingredients

  • 160 g sugar
  • 44 g heavy cream
  • 43 g butter unsalted
  • 64 g white chocolate chips
  • 54 g marshmallow cream
  • as needed flavoring extract or oil
  • as needed sprinkle mix

Instructions

  • Add sugar, cream and butter to a small saucepan. Set aside.
  • Measure out chocolate chips and marshmallow cream, you will need to mix that in quickly!
  • Heat sugar mixture over medium low heat to melt sugar.
  • Bring to a rolling boil, stirring continuously, for 1:30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and immediately stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Stir until smooth.
  • Stir in choice of flavoring extract or oil. Taste as you add to get your desired flavor.
  • OPTION 1) FOR MARBLED EFFECT: Stir sprinkle mix in while still warm. Sprinkles will melt leaving smears of color throughout the white fudge.
  • OPTION 2) FOR WHOLE SPRINKLES: Cool mixture by stirring, about 15 minutes. Add sprinkles and fold in quickly.
  • Scoop into mini cupcake liners (no need to spray).
  • Press top flat with Mini Tart Shaper.
  • Place or sprinkle additional sprinkles as desired
